Southeastern Free Will Baptist College admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin, and sex to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to the students at the College. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, and sex in administration of its education policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, or athletic and other school administered programs. Because of religious beliefs, Southeastern Free Will Baptist College reserves the right to maintain student educational and behavioral employment requirements consistent with its Christian mission and Christian philosophy of education.
Grievance Policy
Formal Complaint: Students have an opportunity to present their complaints and to appeal faculty or administrative decisions through a dispute resolution or grievance procedure. SFWBC will attempt to resolve promptly all grievances that are appropriate for handling under this policy.

Southeastern Free Will Baptist College is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) [15935 Forest Road, Forest, VA 24551; Telephone: (434) 525-9539; e-mail: info@tracs.org], having been awarded Reaffirmation I of its Accredited Status as a Category II institution by the TRACS Accreditation Commission on October 22, 2024. This status is effective as of January 1, 2025, and is valid through December 31, 2034. TRACS is recognized by the United States Department of Education (ED), the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).
