Our 38th Graduation was a wonderful moment to celebrate our graduates and God’s faithfulness. We graduated eight students (1 Associate, 3 Bachelor’s in Bible, 4 Bachelor’s in Christian Education) into local church ministry. Two of our graduates(Elaina Rice and Chris Belcher) gave testimony of gratitude to those who invested in their lives before and during college. Each of the testimonies highlighted God’s faithful presence and providence in their lives. Lee Patrick ’97, Pastor of First Free Will Baptist Church in Florence, SC, and a member of the Southeastern Board of Directors since 2010, served as commencement speaker. To echo Pastor Patrick’s sermon, may we all be mindful of those who came before us as we pass on to those behind us the “unfeigned faith” in us. We’re overjoyed for our graduates and excited for how God will use each one in classrooms, pulpits, and businesses across the world in the coming days. Pray with us for these graduates and those students who will follow them in the coming years. As Jesus commanded, “The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.” (Luke 10:2)
