SKITS:

At Southeastern, humor plays a big part in our student body's fellowship with one another.
Our skits reflect our student's ability to have fun (all in a Christ-like manner.)

In our first skit, Daniel Webster presents some prospective students with a rare opportunity:

the chance to woo and impress two young Southeastern ladies! Let's see what happens...

Joshua Horton, from Kinston, NC, feels up to the challenge.

Mark Cahoon, of Raleigh, NC, thinks he has what it takes to win over these ladies!

Ricky Bowling, also of Raleigh, NC, is ready to give it a try himself.

Daniel tells Joshua to sing to these lovely women. (Laura Brackeen tries hard not to laugh.)

Mark finds out what happens when you rush love.

Ricky falls for these beautiful ladies...literally.

Next up, Josh Simpson and Eddie Aycock demonstrate the effects of insanity when combined with a need for candy.

"We can't afford real costumes for Halloween; besides, it's not exactly a Christian holiday, but we still want candy!
So, we figured we'll just act out different characters and that will be our costume!"

"I'm Crazy Shoe-Talking Man! Gimme some candy!"

"I'm Crazy Jumping Around Man! GIMME SOME CANDY!"

"I'M CRAZY SHAVING CREAM FACE MAN! GIMME SOME CANDY!"
"Boy, you are crazy!"

Interesting...our next skit features motivational speaker Johnny Foley as played by our very own Noah Taylor!
The guy sure was motivational...

"Now kids, I'm not saying you won't turn out alright in life if you don't come to Southeastern..."

"But you sure aren't going to be rich and famous like me!"

"Now go apply to Southeastern College, or else!"

How motivating...
In this next skit, Daniel Wbester, Greg Harrel, and Blaine Comer try to hum the sweet sounds of bagpipes; unfortunately, they are just not Scottish enough to realistically pull this off.

"Hummmmmmmm..."

Then suddenly David Postlewaite, our resident Scotsman, enters the scene...

"HUMMMMMMM!"
