Youth Pastors and select members of your teen group can join us this summer for a trip to New York City. It is a leadership conference entitled Positive Impact, and our desire is in “training this generation to lead.”

The purpose of Positive Impact is to train leaders in youth departments to be stronger and better equipped to impact their youth group, church, school, and community.

• Strong leaders produce good, viable followers.

• They lead by example.

• They lead out of a heart of service toward others.

• They lead out of a desire to please Christ.

Positive Impact is also designed to strengthen the leadership qualities of the youth pastor and help build stronger relationships with his teenage leaders.

The total cost for the week is $245 per person. This includes all activities, travel, meals, and lodging.  There will be intensive training sessions for both youth pastors and their teenage leaders.  This will also be a time to enjoy exciting activities in the greatest city in the world!
