Rick Cash to Preach at Graduation

Rev. Rick Cash of Fayette, Alabama, will address the 2004 graduation class on May 7, 2004.

Bro. Cash is a native of Alabama and a 1977 graduate from Free Will Baptist Bible College. Upon graduation, he began pastoring and in 1995 he became Director of Trinity Free Will Baptist Camp in Guin, Alabama. Presently, he is the Alabama Promotional Director, a position he has held since 1998.

Rick and his wife, Sally, are the parents of four children: Mike, Beth, Mark, and Billy all of whom are graduates (or soon to be) of Southeastern and who married Southeastern grads! Mike, a 1997 graduate of Southeastern, is married to the former Misty Hamm, who also graduated in 1997. Mike is pastor of East Valley Free Will Baptist Church in Mesa, Arizona. Beth, a 1999 graduate, is married to John Johnson, a 2000 graduate who is the Youth Pastor at Great Bridge Free Will Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia. Mark, a 2000 graduate, is married to the former Sonja Brower, a 1999 graduate. Mark is presently serving as Youth Pastor at Hilltop Free Will Baptist Church, Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Their youngest son Billy will be among this year’s graduating class. Billy is married to the former Ashlee Puckett, a 2003 graduate. Billy has accepted the position of Youth Pastor at Mt. Harmony Free Will Baptist Church in Vernon, Alabama.

This year’s commencement exercises will be held in the college Activities Center on Friday morning, May 7, at 10:00 a.m. A cordial invitation is extended to all of Southeastern’s friends and families.
