Ministry Certificate

Ministry Certificate The “Ministry Certificate” is designed for the pastor or lay worker who cannot attend classes on campus at Southeastern.

The schedule below illustrates how the “Ministry Certificate” can be earned in two years by taking two classes per semester. Semesters are typically 15 weeks in length.

Summer 2012: Homiletics I (2) Matthew (3)

Tuition and Fees

Application Fee: There is no application fee!

Fees: Registration Fee of $50 per semester and a
Technology Fee of $50

Tuition: $170 per credit hour

Completion: Upon completion of the Ministry Certificate the student is welcome to come to campus to receive the certificate in chapel. Alternately, it may be possible for a representative of the college to travel to the student's home church and present the certificate during a service.

Advancement: Based on interest, it is the desire of the college to expand this program to an associate degree and beyond.

Admission Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent: Although this is not mandatory for admission, this will be required if a student would like to use these credits for a degree beyond the ministry certificate or to transfer to another institution.

Christian Testimony: This certificate is designed for ministry and is available only to those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
