An Update on Jeff Jones

I just wanted to update everyone on the preacher (Jeff Jones, pastor of Hilltop FWB Church).

If you haven't heard he was in a motorcycle accident on Saturday. As of now, he is doing good, but he is very banged up. It appears that his arm is NOT broken as was expected, but there is some damage to his hand and wrist. The doctors don't know the extent yet because of the swelling.

The biggest concern is his head injury. There is a small amount of bleeding at the back of the brain but it doesn't appear to be getting any worse. As long as nothing changes he should be fine other than a lot of cuts, bruises and swelling.

He is not in a coma nor is he on life support as many have been asking. Every time the doctors talk to the family the news seems to be better. I personally think that is because of the prayers of many of you. He will definitely be in a lot of pain for several days and the doctors will continue to monitor his head injury.

Please keep him and his family in your prayers.
