1. We are almost there -- $2, 095 with 4 people still deciding on their pledge amounts. Thanks for your gifts and your promised giving.

2. Our response rate has been around 15% with our emails this year, which is a little lower than usual. If you can, please take a few minutes and update us via the following links:

4. A special challenge has been issued to the class of 2006. Dr. Stox raised over $200,000 to help you pay off your outstanding college bills. You have been challenged by a classmate to join in and help put us over the top with your pledges.

Just a quick update on where we are for next week. Our pledges and gifts are at $1680 with just 25 alumni participating. For those keeping count, that is 25 alumni out of around 600

A word of clarification about the scholarship pledge drive -- these are pledges, not contributions (yet.) You are making a pledge and then fulfilling that pledge by August 2008. No money is needed now.

Currently 25 alumni have pledged toward our scholarship drive.

Go ahead and join them so we can announce that we have met this year’s goal of $3,000 or five $600 scholarships.

Also, this year is an election year for the alumni committee. The election will be held at our luncheon on Tuesday.

Southeastern Alumni Association Update -- 25th Anniversary Update and Survey -- 3/29/08

3/29/08 Southeastern FWB College Alumni Association Update

With everything going on in March, it is hard to believe that our College's 25th Anniversary is just a few days away. The preaching schedule and service times are available here at http://www.sfwbc.edu/conferences/Camp_Meeting_2008.htm .

As a way of reminding everyone of all the events and ensuring that we are prepared to take good care of everyone, we are sending out this survey/email through our various contact vehicles. So, you may receive it twice, but that is just our way of being thorough :)

Below are some ways that would really make our 25th anniversary much better and more enjoyable for you and your family.

1. Send a card or email to Dr. and Mrs. Stox. Her cancer continues to progress and a nice note would mean the world to them (president@sfwbc.edu).

4. Our alumni meal is a luncheon at a restaurant this year and we need a good, firm headcount so they can know how much steak to cook.
